    Try checking from both sides of the body to build the reflex evenly

  2. Teep-check-cross-hook-check-rear teep X 3:00 min
    Make sure to keep the teeps long and fully extended

  3. Cross-check-jab-uppercut-swoop-jab-cross X 3:00 min
    With the swoop, make sure to bring back your lead leg only and keep your back foot planted
