KEEP TRAINING
The more you train, the better you get. It’s a simple equation. This section is meant to provide an another opportunity to increase the frequency and consistency of your training. We learn by repetition and without enough reps, we don’t have enough chances (on a micro and macro scale) to improve. Give yourself those chances.

Classes
These 45-minute, pre-recorded classes are great for practicing technique and improving your conditioning. They open with a light warmup followed by nine 3-minute rounds of combinations and/or drills, and they close with a cool down stretching to finish. Watch as many times as you need to master the techniques.

Fight Library
These videos are in-depth explanations of common techniques, training strategies, and exercises that are often difficult to detail in a group class setting. Need a refresher on what to think about when throwing a jab? Not sure how to approach hitting the heavy bag? Need help with your pushups? These videos are made for you.

Conditioning
These conditioning-based workouts are a good solution for when you’re short on time but still want to improve your fitness. The drills are straightforward and aimed at making your heart, lungs, and muscles stronger. The routines are written out, so you can focus on your own movement without having to follow along to a screen.
