Complete 5 X’s through | Rest when needed | Modify as necessary

  1. Rear lunge > Thai knee L X 10
    Step back with left foot to rear lunge, then drive same leg upward to Muay Thai knee in one swift motion

  2. Rear lunge > Thai knee R X 10
    Step back with right foot to rear lunge, then drive same leg upward to Muay Thai knee in one swift motion

  3. Push up jacks X 5
    Jump feet apart as you lower body, jump back together as you raise body

  4. Cross climbers X 20
    Mountain climbers with knee driving to opposite elbow

  5. Tuck crunches X 20
    Lay flat, arms and legs extended, perform full sit up with shoulders and feet off ground, hugging knees
