Complete 25 X’s through | Rest when needed | Modify as necessary

  1. Squat to tuck jump
    Complete squat then jump knees up to chest, landing softly on feet when descending

  2. Squat to sprawl
    Complete squat then sprawl to ground, driving feet back and hips to floor, using hands to support, but not bending elbows

  3. Squat to 4 shuffles
    Complete squat then shuffle feet forward and back (one in front, one behind) four times

  4. Squat to walkout push up
    Complete squat then bend knees and walk hands forward to complete push up

  5. Squat jump to standing hip twist
    Jump out of squatted position to standing with hips twisted fully to let or right (alternate sides) but shoulders facing forward
