    From push up position, alternate tapping opposite shoulder, keeping body square with ground

    Alternate running knees to waist height

    From push up position, run knees towards chin, keeping weight forward over shoulders

  5. Bicycle Crunches X 100
    From your back, place hands behind your head and briskly alternate touching your elbows to your opposite knees, cycling your legs as you go
