  1. Jumping jacks X 20
    Self explanatory

  2. Jump squats X 20
    Self explanatory - be sure NOT to swing arms past hips - instead, fold hands in front of face and keep them there

  3. Sprawls X 20
    Drive your hips to the ground, shooting your feet behind you, “catching” your upper body on the ground with your hands (no major bend in the elbows or push ups involved in the movement)

  4. Push ups X 20
    Standard push ups, bringing chest all the way to the ground, legs and back straight, knees off the ground

  5. Tuck crunches X 20
    Lay flat on your back and “tuck” to the middle, lifting upper body (including shoulders) off the ground, meeting thighs and knees to your chest (feet off the ground) and reset
