    Throw kicks continuously, focusing on hip rotation and flow, minimizing number of steps taken in between kicks

    Throw 40 individual elbows, focusing on the rotation in the hips and shoulders

    Roll in, towards your opponent, and then roll out, away from them, continuously, using your legs and bending at the knees
