Complete 5 X’s through | Rest when needed | Modify as necessary

  1. Shoe-shine combo with rolling X 25
    Throw 4 uppercuts followed by 2 hooks, aggressively, then roll twice, using footwork in between reps

  2. Hooks & high knees burnout X 10
    Throw 20 hooks continuously, focusing on shoulder rotation, followed by 20 high knees

  3. Rolls and sprawls X 10
    Roll in and out 4 times (4 rolls total), followed by a sprawl, returning into a tuck jump (land lightly on your feet)

  4. Checks into teeps X 20
    Check with lead leg followed by teep, 20 on either side

  5. Squats into side kicks X 20
    Squat and rise into a side kick, knee or hip level, 20 on each leg
