Complete 5 X’s through | Rest when needed | Modify as necessary

  1. 1-shuffle-2-shuffle-sprawl-shuffle X 20
    Alternate between jabs, crosses, and sprawls while shuffling in between each movement

  2. Alternating check-teeps X 20
    Check and then teep immediately after, alternating between left and right kicks (10 reps each side)

  3. Alternating rear into lunge-teep and knee X 20
    Perform a rear lunge followed by a teep with the same leg and then knee from the opposite leg (switch every time)

  4. Punch push ups X 10
    Perform a push up followed by throwing a straight punch directly forward, from push up position, alternating sides

  5. Tuck crunches with punches X 1:00 min
    Perform tuck crunches continuously while throwing 1-2-1-2 at the “top” of each rep (chest close to thighs)
